RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to ensure full satisfaction of iFIT Products, we recommend that you read and follow the product handling instructions attached to each product.
Return / Exchange notice can be delivered to the company by one of the following means:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, request must happen 15 days from receiving the order and not After to ensure the safety of the product.
The initial shipping cost (if paid) is not refundable.
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The items are packaged in their original bag/box/etc.
- Authentication stickers/logos and any tags are attached to the items.
- Items in new condition.
- The product doesn’t qualify for a refund if it was opened, damaged in any way, or used because of health and safety reasons.
If you made your purchase with Cash on Delivery option and decided to return your item(s), Please note that the only valid way for a refund in such cases is by credit on the account. Refund will be processed within 15 working from initial request. If you made your purchase using CC/DC 2% will be deducted for administration fees. You could avoid refund fees by asking for refunds to be applied as credit on your account.
Please note that we do not allow refunds or exchange for any product that is advertised close to code sold at clearance.
